3L Electrical are both SafeContractor and NICEIC approved contractors, meaning that we are obligated to ensure that all of our installations conform to the current edition of BS7671 standards as well as meeting our customers’ requirements. We are audited annually by SafeContractor and NICEIC to ensure that we maintain our standards.

Preventative Electrical Maintenance
We would recommend undertaking regular electrical testing and inspection to ensure that your electrical installation is working efficiently, safely and reliably.
This testing and inspection will help to minimise down time of your electrical system, checking it at regular intervals to ensure it is adequately maintained.
Reactive (Breakdown) Electrical Maintenance
Electrical disruptions can be extremely inconvenient whether a partial failure or a full power loss. We can respond to these failures at short notice as we have a dedicated team of electrical engineers who are ready to assist with emergency breakdown work quickly and efficiently to minimise any disruptions you may experience when subjected to an electrical fault.
With our offices being based in North London and our team of engineers based throughout the London area, we can react quickly to emergency breakdowns minimising stress and any loss of production to your company.
3L Electrical offer a range of servicing and maintenance contracts which provides our customers' with the peace of mind that all their Plant and Equipment is operating correctly, efficiently and within its ideal operating range. Servicing and maintenance programmes help to increase productivity and subsequently reduce down-time. Upon completion of a servicing and maintenance inspection, we then issue our clients with a Report which details our findings and any recommendations.
